SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Crushed corn flakes, for topping

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 10 x 13 inch pan. Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
