HERSHEY CAKE 
1 pkg. Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. oil

FROSTING:

1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. pecans
3 Hershey bars

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 3 (9 inch) cake pans. Pans should be greased and floured. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Spread cool layers with frosting.

FROSTING: Mix sugar and cream cheese. Add Cool Whip. Break pecans in 1/2 pieces. Slither Hershey bars with knife long ways. Add pecans and Hershey bars to frosting and spread on cake.
