EASY GARDEN VEGETABLE PIE 
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (or red)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie pan. Steam broccoli until bright green or almost tender. Mix broccoli, onions, pepper and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown. Knife comes clean at center - 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Can use mixed frozen vegetables. Thaw, drain but do not cook.
