SOPHYE HERZOG'S STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
2 lb. chopped meat
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. raw rice
Garlic powder, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Onion, diced
Sour salt
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 oz. box raisins
6-8 prunes, optional
2 pkg. Sweet & Low

Either parboil cabbage until soft or freeze cabbage to separate leaves.

Put 1 medium size onion diced in pot and cover with water. Cover onion and water with plain cabbage (to prevent from burning). Use small pieces.
