STUFFED CABBAGE 
Put cabbage head in freezer until frozen solid. Defrost leaves the night before and they will be perfect for wrapping.

FILLING:

2 lb. ground meat
Raw rice, handful
1/4 c. bread crumbs
A little water
Seasonings to taste

Make balls of the ground meat and roll cabbage around it. Cook in sauce until cabbage is tender.

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 jar grape jam or jelly
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
