SOUR CREAM PIES 
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1/2 stick butter
2 deep dish pie shells

Mix all together. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. While cooking will rise high but when taken out of oven to cool will go flat.
