GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
2 c. chopped pecans
German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Use butter to grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour in pecans. Mix cake mix according to box directions and pour on top of nuts. Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix with powdered sugar. Spoon on top of cake and bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes.
