TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 lb. chicken or turkey, cooked and cut in bite-size pieces
2 can cream of chicken soup
3 ribs celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
8 fresh mushrooms or 1 lg. can
1/2 to 3/4 lb. spaghetti, cooked

Saute vegetables in 2 tablespoons butter. Add soup and meat to vegetables. Cook spaghetti while you work on this step. Add spaghetti to soup mixture and mix well. Pour into casserole. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Can use bread crumbs with the grated cheese or just bread crumbs. Also cream of mushroom soup can be used in place of chicken soup.
