POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
2 c. crushed potato chips

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Mix in nuts and chips. Drop on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F 8-10 minutes.
