POTATO CHIP COOKIES | |
1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg yolk 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. crushed potato chips Cream sugar and butter; add egg yolk and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour (a bit at a time). Then add remaining ingredients. Form into balls, flatten with fork. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand on cookie sheet for a few minutes before serving. |
