SPANISH BEANS 
2 cans Goya beans (pink or red kidney beans)
2 potatoes, diced
1 env. Goya ham flavored powdered
1 env. Sazon Goya
2 spoonfuls Alcaparrado Goya (mixed olives & capers)
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil

Empty beans into cooking pot. Add oil, potatoes and condiments. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with or over Spanish rice. You could use regular beans that have been soaked overnight for tenderness.
