FABULOUS FUMI SALAD 
1 head chopped cabbage
8 scallions, chopped
8 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
8 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles without seasoning

Brown almonds and seeds (350 degrees for 12 minutes). Mix scallions, cabbage, seeds and nuts.

Before serving, crumble Ramen noodles over salad and dress with the following mixture:

4 tbsp. sugar tsp. pepper Salt to taste 6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar 1 tsp. sesame oil, optional
