1 cauliflower, sliced thin
1/4 c. green onion, minced
1/2 c. celery leaves, minced
1/2 c. radishes, sliced thin
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. vinegar and oil dressing
2 tbsp. caraway seed
salt and pepper

Marinate cauliflower, onion, leaves, radish and peel in oil and vinegar dressing. Before serving, pour off dressing and add sour cream.
