1 head lettuce (torn)
1 head cauliflower (separated)
1 lb. bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
1 c. Hellmann's mayo
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

In large bowl toss cauliflower and lettuce together. Mix together mayo, sour cream, sugar and cheese; pour over top of lettuce and cauliflower. Top with bacon and refrigerate (toss before serving).
