FISH FRY 
1 lb. fresh fish
Salad oil
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar

Separate flounder fillets; pat dry with paper towel. Heat salad oil until 370 on deep fat thermometer. In medium bowl mix flour, water, baking powder, salt, vinegar; then, using tongs, coat fillet with flour mixture. Fry fish in hot salad oil 4-6 minutes or until golden, turn fish once. When cooked, remove and drain well. Serve fish with sweet tartar sauce.
