SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion (cooked in squash)
1 c. evaporated milk

Mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.
