FAVORITE SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
6 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
