CRANBERRY POT ROAST | |
3 to 4 lbs. rolled roast 1 can cranberry sauce 4 onions, sliced Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 c. oil 4 c. water Brown roast in hot oil. Add cranberry sauce and water and onions. Cover and cook 2 to 3 hours. Add more water if necessary. Thicken liquid for gravy. |
