FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. sugar cookie mix or your own homemade recipe
3 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. Cool Whip
Fresh fruit
Apricot jelly

Roll cookie dough to cover pizza pan. Bake as directed, cool. Mix 3 ounce cream cheese with 4 ounce Cool Whip, spread over baked and cooled cookie dough.

(Crista says don't get crazy with the fruit), just outer ring of strawberry halves then kiwi ring then fresh sliced peaches, blueberries in the center. Melt 1 cup apricot jelly in microwave until hot and bubbly, with pastry brush spread over fresh fruit. Refrigerate, cut in pie wedges.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
