CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread, no crust

Mix all ingredients, making sure bread is moistened. Shape into patties and brown in hot oil, flipping once. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Makes 4 to 6 cakes.
