Fourth Layer:

1/2 pkg. large cool whip
chocolate bar, shaved

Spread remainder of cool whip on top and sprinkle with shaved chocolate bar.

Base:

Choose a "base".

Mix together and put in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes or 350°F for 15-18 minutes if using brown sugar.

(Best if made the day before.)

Second Layer:

1/2 pkg. large cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar

Mix together with a mixer and spread on the base.

Third Layer:

1 regular pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 regular pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together with mixer and let stand until thick. Then spread on second layer.
