PAN DIRT CAKE 
28 Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
3 1/3 c. cold milk
2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
foil wrapped chocolate coins (money)

In a blender or food processor, process cookies until crumbly. Take out 2 tablespoons of crumbs and set aside for topping.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Add to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Place half of the cookie crumbs in a 2 1/2-quart bowl. Top with half of pudding mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Place foil wrapped coins in top, standing up.
