SPRING FORM PAN CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract or vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream

Beat cream cheese and sour cream until creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating after each. Add sugar and extract, beat until smooth. Pour into 10 inch spring form pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven, cool 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Spread over cooled cake. Return to 325 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Do not remove from pan until ready to serve.
