ROCKY ROAD SQUARES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Graham crackers
Coconut

Melt chocolate chips and butter in saucepan over medium heat and let cool. Add confectioners' sugar, egg and marshmallows and mix well.

Line a 9 x 9 inch square pan with graham crackers. Spread mixture over graham crackers. Sprinkle top with coconut and freeze. Cut in squares. No baking required.
