1 head cauliflower 1 bunch broccoli 1 med. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 soup can of milk 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 3 c. ham or turkey ham, cubed and cooked 2 c. Minute Rice 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Cook cauliflower and broccoli until just tender; do not over cook. In small saucepan, cook onion and butter until tender. In a large mixing bowl, stir together mushroom and celery soups, milk, and cheese. Add drained cauliflower and broccoli, onion, ham, uncooked Minute Rice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Bake in a 2 1/2 quart casserole at 350 degrees until rice is done, about 45-50 minutes. |
