POTATO - VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
8-10 sm. red potatoes, cooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pkg. frozen peas, or with onions 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. curry 1/3 c. bread crumbs, seasoned Cut potatoes into 1/2's or 1/4's. Put in a greased casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. |
