CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder or less
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
2 pkgs. broccoli spears (fresh may be substituted)
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. bread crumbs

If chicken is not deboned, wash it and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. The chicken will pull from the bone easier. Cook broccoli to just before it's tender. It will finish cooking when you bake the casserole. Grease a 13 x 9 inch or smaller pan. Place broccoli spears on bottom. Place deboned chicken on top of broccoli. Combine chicken soup (undiluted), lemon juice, curry, and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Melt butter and mix in bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Make sure it's heated through.
