MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS | |
2-3 lbs. chicken wings (wing tips removed) 2 c. orange juice 2-3 minced garlic cloves Brown sugar 1 tbsp. ground ginger Dissolve a good handful of brown sugar in warm orange juice. Stir in the garlic and ginger, then pour over the wings in a single layer in a baking dish. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baste often. This recipe can be customized to suit your tastes -- more or less garlic, more or less sugar, etc. |
