GINGER-MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS | |
1/3 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. lightly packed brown sugar 3 tbsp. finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced 1 doz. chicken wings (about 2 lbs.) Combine all above and put over wings. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Arrange wings in broiler pan and broil 4 inches from heat. Turn and baste until done (20 to 25 minutes). |
