CHICKEN BAKE 
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

TOPPING:

1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. Bisquick
1/34 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine chicken, mushrooms, sour cream and soups; heat thoroughly. Pour hot chicken mixture into 9"x13" pan. Mix topping ingredients. Add an 8 ounce package of cheddar cheese to the topping mixture and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
