1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well. With moistened hands, press into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass dish. Chill overnight. Cut into bars.
