ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
2 cans sm. baby carrots
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter

Drain carrots, butter shallow casserole dish. Combine all ingredients except butter and heat until cornstarch is dissolved. Pour over carrots, in casserole dish and dot with butter. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 5-8.
