BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
2 c. dry navy beans
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. water
1/3 lb. salt pork

Wash beans; cover with water. Simmer until almost done. Drain. Place pork in dish and add beans. Add molasses, salt, mustard, 1 cup boiling water and chili powder. Pour over beans. Add water to cover.

Bake in covered dish at 325°F for 6 to 8 hours.
