BEER MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 can (12 oz. size) beer (3/4 c.)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups or use paper baking cups. Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously for half a minute. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake until golden brown for about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
