MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. potatoes
1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
Dash of pepper

Cook potatoes in boiling water; drain. Mash with milk and butter. Beat in remaining ingredients. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with parsley and paprika. 6 servings.
