CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
4 oz. chicken breast, bite-size pieces
1/2 c. pineapple
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. ginger
Pinch of cardamom
Black pepper
1/4 c. chicken broth

Saute chicken and green onion in chicken broth in non-stick pan. Add pineapple and spices. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender.
