ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce, cut up
1 pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 chicken breast halves, boiled and cut small
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits, well drained
1 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
3 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 sm. can Chinese noodles

In salad bowl, layer salad in order of first five ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and sugar. Spread over top of salad. Refrigerate overnight. Just prior to serving, cover top of salad with noodles.
