ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 green pepper, diced (can use less or none!)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can (med.) mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients and let stand overnight. Just before serving, add 1 can (3-4 oz.) chow mein noodles. Makes 15, 1/2 cup servings.
