PINK LEMONADE ANGEL CAKE | |
1 1/3 c. cold water 6 drops red food coloring 1 box Pillsbury angel food cake mix 1 tsp. lemon extract GLAZE: 1-2 tbsp. boiling water 1 tbsp. light corn syrup 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. powdered sugar Place cold water, food coloring and cake mix in mixer bowl. Mix according to package directions; gently fold in lemon extract. Bake, cool and remove cake from pan according to package directions. Place 1 tablespoon boiling water, corn syrup, lemon juice and powdered sugar in small mixing bowl; mix until well combined. Add remaining boiling water, a teaspoon at a time, until cake is of desired consistency; tint a delicate pink if desired. Drizzle cake with glaze. |
