BLUEBERRY SURPRISE CAKE 
1 can blueberry pie filling
3 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/4 c. cake flour
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Blend topping ingredients with a pastry blender in medium bowl.

Sift dry ingredients. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Add beaten eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and beat well. Spread 1/2 of batter evenly in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spoon pie filling on top. Spread remaining batter over filling. Sprinkle topping over filling and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
