BLUEBERRY SURPRISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb., 8 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
1/4 c. sugar

Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture (for sprinkling over cake as a topping). Beat together eggs, milk and vanilla. Add to crumb mixture and stir well. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine pie filling and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread over top of batter. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
