SLOPPY JOE 
5 lb. ground chuck
1 bottle catsup (14 oz.)
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 chopped onion
1 can chicken gumbo soup
Water to equal 2 cans
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Mix all other ingredients with ground beef and cook slowly 1 hour. Makes 25-30 servings.
