VEG-ALL BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 cans water chestnuts, drained & sliced
2 onions, grated
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. grated cheese (1 1/2 c. Swiss, 1 1/2 c. Cheddar)
1 lb. hamburger, stir-fried
1/3 pkg. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix together Veg-All, water chestnuts, grated onions, mayonnaise and 1 cup of grated cheese, fried hamburger, remaining cup of cheese and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
