SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. green peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground
1 jar chopped pimento, drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Combine all the ingredients except Swiss cheese. Add 1/2 cup and fried onions, only 1/2 can. Put in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle remainder of the cheese and onions on top of casserole and return to oven for another 5 minutes.
