SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, corn or cauliflower)
1 c. sour cream
1 can Durkee French dried onions
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper

Thaw vegetables, place in 2 quart casserole dish. Put in pepper, sour cream, half or Swiss cheese and half of onions and mix well. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove and put in rest of onions and Swiss cheese on top and bake uncovered 4-8 minutes until cheese is melted. Serves 4-6.
