1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, cocoa and buttermilk. Heat until it boils. Remove from heat and add sugar, nuts and vanilla and mix well. Let set in pan with lid on for a few minutes to make sure sugar is dissolved. Pour over cake while still warm.
