ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
6 c. peeled zucchini, cut up 1/4 c. onion, shredded 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sour cream 1 c. carrots, shredded 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top dressing Cook zucchini in small amount of water about 3 minutes and drain. Mix onion, soup, sour cream, and shredded carrots with zucchini. Mix Stove Top dressing with 1/2 cup butter (melted). DO NOT BOIL THIS). Put half of stuffing on bottom of greased pan. Then add vegetables and put rest of dressing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
