CHICKEN POT PIE 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk, approx. 2 tbsp.
1 chicken
2 stalks celery
2 sm. carrots
1 lg. onion
Salt & pepper
Chicken bouillon
Mrs. Dash seasoning
Water

Cover chicken with water and cook until the foam comes on top and skim it off. In food processor with metal blade put celery, carrots and onions, salt and pepper, Mrs. Dash, and bouillon. Cook until meat comes from bones. Strain. Cool and take meat from bones and cut in medium pieces.

In dry food processor place flour, salt and butter. Process until butter is mixed well. Beat 1 egg and milk in a large bowl. Add flour mixture and make dough. Roll out thin and drop in hot boiling broth and chicken, cook about 10 to 15 minutes. Cut dough in 2"x2" squares.
