CRACKER TOFFEE 
40 salted crackers (Wheatsworth)
1 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Boil sugar and butter for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers spread out on foil lined pan. Bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven - quickly spread chips over crackers. Chill. Remove when cold and break into pieces.
