1/2 c. plus 4 tbsp. sugar
1 egg white
2 1/2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. whole nuts

Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Add nuts and stir until coated. Put in jelly roll pan lined with Reynold's Wrap. Bake at 275 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Remove to waxed paper until cool. Break apart and store in airtight container.
